Our Call to Duty; Nov 4th Let Our Voices Ring Loud and Clear

Folks - Election day is almost upon us. Last chance to call and make sure all our friends and family are educated on the issues and going to cast their votes!

The polls are tightening and I expect that the race will shake up the media and Obama camp come Nov 4th. Their expectation is an Obama win but with each day that passes, we see the McCain /Palin  message getting out. Everyday Obama, Biden and their surrogates stumble exposing bit's and piece's of their true ticket philosophy. The light of truth is being cast on their far left, liberal agenda.

The tide has turned and independents are breaking towards McCain. Hillary Puma's continue to come out in support of our ticket as they've  grown disillusioned with what is essentially the high jacking of the Democrat party. We can and Will see victory come Nov 4th  if we stick together and fight for our country!

We all MUST get out and vote. No excuses. Too much is at stake. Not only the Presidential race but every other local and national races as we try to block the likes of Pelosi, Dodd and Frank. We must not let the ultra Liberals control our Federal Gov. In addition their are too many issues on the ballots to stay home and let our voices be silenced by apathy.

We must fight to preserve our Constitution, and Bill of Rights , We must fight to keep America free for our children's futures. We must fight to put America back in the hands of the people. We must fight to reduce Government waste and bloated government bureaucracies that do not work and squander our hard earned money. Lets start with getting rid of Acorn ...They get 40% of their funding from our tax dollars. Our money is being misused and under an Obama administration -with Pelosi, Dodd and Frank we can expect that ACORN will get a fiancial raise for their efforts on behalf of the Democratic party. That is just one example.

The race may be tight but McCain is the true and tested Come Back Kid and the last few weeks have shown that we have the Obama campaign right where we want them ..foolishly measuring for the Oval office for drapes and spending millions for another over the top election night party. Their arrogance knows no bounds -they are counting their ACORN votes even now but we will not allow them this win... We will honor those who came before us, who fought and died to give us our Liberty. We will not allow this election to be stolen without a  fight. OUR VOICES WILL BE HEARD!

If You Manage to Sell Your House Obama Will Make You Pay 28% New Tax...

Folks - What Obama does not tell us when he talks about lowering taxes is that :

1) Obama reverses the across the board Bush tax - Which raises ALL our taxes.
2) Obama then put his tax "cut" in place.. His tax cuts on those of us who are paying taxes will actually be more income taxes than we are paying now
3) Obama does not tell you since between 35% to 40% of people are not paying income tax they will actually be given money back which they NEVER paid in. That is not a tax cut that is income redistribution....also known as wellfare.

The American Enterprize Institute charted this. Don't let Obamas eloquent double speak get you to buy into what is in fact tax hikes and socialist BIG Governement

Proposed changes in taxes after 2008 General election:

CAPITAL GAINS TAX:

MCCAIN

0% on home sales up to $500,000 per home (couples). McCain does not

Propose any change in existing home sales income tax.

OBAMA

28% on profit from ALL home sales

How does this affect you? If you sell your home and make a profit, you will pay 28% of your gain on taxes. If you are heading toward retirement and would like to down-size your home or move into a retirement community, 28%

of the money you make from your home will go to taxes. This proposal will adversely affect the elderly who are counting on the income from their homes as part of their retirement income.

DIVIDEND TAX:

MCCAIN 15% (no change)

OBAMA 39.6%

How will this affect you?

If you have any money invested in stock market, IRA, mutual funds,

college

funds, life insurance, retirement accounts, or anything that pays or

reinvests dividends, you will now be paying nearly 40% of the money

earned

on taxes if Obama becomes President. The experts predict that ‘Higher

tax

rates on dividends and capital gains would crash the stock market, yet

do

absolutely nothing to cut the deficit.’

INCOME TAX:

MCCAIN (no changes)

Single making 30K - tax $4,500

Single making 50K - tax $12,500

Single making 75K - tax $18,750

Married making 60K- tax $9,000

Married making 75K - tax $18,750

Married making 125K - tax $31,250

OBAMA (reversion to pre- Bush tax cuts)

Single making 30K - tax $8,400

Single making 50K - tax $14,000

Single making 75K - tax $23,250

Married making 60K - tax $16,800

Married making 75K - tax $21,000

Married making 125K - tax $38,750

Under Obama, your taxes will more than double.

How does this affect you?

No explanation needed. This is pretty straight forward.

INHERITANCE TAX:

MCCAIN (No change, President Bush repealed this tax)

OBAMA: Restore the inheritance tax

How does this affect you?

Many families have lost businesses, farms, ranches, and homes that have

Been in their families for generations because they could not afford the

inheritance tax. Those willing their assets to loved ones will only lose

them to these taxes.

And now for some ”REAL” ”CHANGE”

NEW TAXES BEING PROPOSED BY OBAMA:

New government taxes proposed on homes that are more than 2400 square

feet.

New gasoline taxes (as if gas weren’t high enough already)

New taxes on natural resources consumption (heating gas, water, electricity)

New taxes on retirement accounts ………… and last but not least ….

New taxes to pay for socialized medicine so we can receive the same level of medical care as other third-world countries.

The "Stiffness" that is John McCain

I saw someone write on a blog a concern that McCain had a  "hunched posture at the debate podium". This person then went on to suggest that he was "clinging to the podium for dear life"  Others Obama supporters have noted that McCain looked stiff and uncomfortable by contrast to Obama. The focus seemed to be on the physical postures rather than on the substance of their discourse. This does not surprise me since symbolism over substance seems to be the main thrust of the Obama campaign.

So lets talk about McCain "stiffness" shall we. If he appears stiff it is no wonder. The mans body was abused beyond belief as a Pow. The Obama camp would like you to disregard this is an old story and not relevant. Yet they make it relevant every time they attack McCain for his physical limitations. Indeed, McCain has limited use of arms, hands, his left knee, and neck. Both his shoulders were broken and re-broken and left to heal without medical treatment. This man not only lived in constant pain for the almost 7 years that he was a POW, but has lived with the residual pain ever since.

Younger folks in their 20's, 30's sometimes have a hard time grasping that as you age your mind usually out lasts your body in fact your experiences make you wiser even if you wake up with stiff joints.

Now as I draw close to what many call the "new 30's"  I occasionally wake up with aches and pains that I did not experience before. It happens. That's life. I know a lot of former jocks who complain about chronic pain in their shoulders, hips or knees that effect the way they walk, stand, turn their heads and this coming from the guys who got medical attention to deal with their injuries.

A friend of mine was an extreme sport enthusiast. At 30 he began experiencing chronic pain that made it almost impossible to move around the house without his body flaring up. He began wallowing in self pity and allowed it to consume him. McCain on the other hand has shown strength of character and mental fortitude. He not only managed to survive the initial ordeal as a POW, but he did not allowed it to stop him after his release, nor has he used it as an excuse to sit on his butt feeling sorry for himself like so many others who have suffered and lost far less.

Personally, When looking at the Presidential candidates I am not looking for a show horse. That said Obama's flair and youthful prancing does not do it for me. Nor does Obama's  La la land Santa Wish List Economics Policies which promise everyone something if he is elected.  I call it a wish list because he can not possibly begin to pay for his many new Government programs much less deliver these while reducing taxes as he claims.

So what do I want in the next President? I want a Work Horse who will pull the country out of the muck of over spending and Government waste. A President who understands that the Government already has enough of our money and that they just need to use it better. I want a President who is not afraid to take a stand and be unpopular with other politicians--even those of his own party-- to put America first.

I believe that McCain is the man for the job. The same strength of character that allowed him to overcome his ordeal as a POW and the mental fortitude that would not allow him to give up when facing overwhelming odds proves to me that he has what it takes to deal with our economic and foreign policy situations straight on. He can face the discomfort of a daunting task, knows what to do and is willing to go the distance. He offers us steady leadership, tried and true to his principles. McCain has the legislative track record that documents his commitment to reforming Gov.and a voting record to proves that he puts tax payers and our Country First.

Give me McCain, the Maverick Sheriff to clean up Washington Spending. Obama can keep his feel good wish list..and Socialist policies.. I want real quality, experienced, leadership!
